The Old Rectory
A Magical Winter Retreat this February in Norfolk

When Women Gather
This February 4th-8th

Have you been longing to give yourself time to create, reconnect with like-minded souls and discover a little magic in the everyday?
From 4–8 February, escape to a whimsical, historic manor in the Norfolk countryside for a four-night creative retreat for women aged 18–30. Think cosy log fires, beautiful old-world interiors, vegetarian home-cooked meals, creative workshops and evenings filled with laughter, stories and sisterhood.
As winter invites us to slow down and turn inward, this is your chance to step away from the noise, nurture your creativity and feel supported by a community of women who are just as curious as you are. Together, we'll create, learn, reflect and explore, finding wonder in the little things and warmth in the company we keep.
A little hideaway to reconnect with yourself, discover new friendships and bring some magic into the new year.

Bookings open November 10th, 12pm UK time

Herbal Tea Making Workshop
Step into the whimsical world of herbs, plants and tea leaves as we explore their traditional properties, benefits and uses. Together, we'll create our own blends, document what we discover and share knowledge around the table. Drawing on the age-old connection between women and the natural world, we'll embrace the quiet magic of plant wisdom and learn how to prepare our own teas to enjoy long after the retreat.

Creativity Workshop
An invitation to explore different mediums, experiment with new ideas and reconnect with your creative spark. Together, we'll create without pressure or perfection, share inspiration, learn from one another and craft something unique to take home. It's about embracing curiosity, nurturing your imagination and bonding through the joy of making something together.

Morning Meditation
On our final evening, we'll gather for a magical, candlelit dinner with a special theme, dressing up, sharing a beautiful meal, dancing and celebrating the connections, memories and little moments we've created together.
Begin the day with optional morning meditation, gentle intention-setting and moments of stillness to reconnect with yourself and the present moment.

A Day in Our Little Winter World
Our days begin with an optional morning meditation, followed by a leisurely breakfast until 10am. The mornings are yours to ease into the day, whether that's journaling, working on a personal project, wandering outdoors or joining a little activity such as creative discussions, poetry writing or cosy baking. Around 1:30–2pm, we'll gather for a wholesome vegetarian lunch, followed by our main creative or herbal tea-making workshop, with plenty of time to explore, experiment and share ideas. Dinner is served around 7–7:30pm, before we settle into slow, whimsical evenings filled with board games, fireside reading, conversations and laughter.
Throughout the day, tea, snacks and refreshments are always close at hand, with space to connect, create or simply be. We follow a gentle rhythm rather than a rigid schedule. Everything is an invitation, never an obligation, allowing us to flow with the day, follow our energy and make the experience our own.
